Meme Man is a character who appeared in ZEE LEG!!! eating stake because he liked Squidward failing to be Nyan Cat. He later invites SpongeBoy over for dinner but his house is accidentally destroyed by Mr' Krabs' spinning, making him angry and hiring Silly Billy to kill him.
